Anna has a regional strategy role with a real estate MNC where she is responsible for building relationships and managing corporate clients across Asia Pacific. She has over 20 years of international experience delivering projects in the hospitality, corporate office and healthcare sectors with varied roles in design, procurement, and sales.
She has lived abroad since her early teenage years and developed an international network and affinity for connecting with, and learning from, other cultures. She graduated secondary school in Bahrain and has also lived in Iceland, Hong Kong and South Africa. She is a member of the CoreNet Hong Kong chapter, and joined the CoreNet Singapore chapter when she arrived in Singapore earlier last year.

Nick Hughes is the Head of Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) for Singapore and ASEAN Region. Nick has worked on the Client and service provider side in Corporate Real Estate for the past 20 years in the Middle East and Asia. He has been based in Singapore for 18 months, and is responsible for all Property, Security and Health and Safety aspects of the Bank’s occupied premises. Recently, particular focus has been on delivering the Bank’s new Changi Business Park 2 facility in Singapore and managing the transition of facilities, project and asset management services to our vendor partners in ASEAN. Previously, Nick was based in Dubai where he managed the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region. Nick managed the DIFC Building acquisition and negotiated the Agreement for Lease for the new Dubai Head Office at Downtown. Nick also previously managed the Bank’s global M&A activity from a property diligence and integration perspective.

Adeline Elena Liew is Global Account Manager, APAC, at Interface’s office in Singapore. Working with the country managers in the region, she oversees 29 key global accounts and their strategic partnerships with Interface. As part of Interface’s Global and Strategic Business team, Adeline supports customer operations in over 20 countries, and spearheads business and strategic negotiations. Her keen interest in sustainability development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has also led her to develop a system to increase the adoption of Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), which the United Nations (UN) have featured in their reports. Adeline is a passionate outdoors enthusiast, and enjoys scuba diving and canyoning whenever she can.
ADELINE LIEW - INTERFACE
Brandon is a member of the Novartis Real Estate Management team, within the Real Estate and Facility Services department at Novartis. Brandon, alongside the team he supports, is responsible for managing the Novartis real estate portfolio in the AMEA region, including all transactions and portfolio strategy. Brandon joined Novartis in March 2018, following five years of working at a major global real estate consultancy. Since February 2016, Brandon has been based in Singapore. During Brandon’s tenure in Asia Pacific, he has managed over 60+ transactions, across a variety of asset classes. Brandon has worked on projects in almost all major counties in the region, including significant projects in India and China.
Brandon originally joined the commercial real estate industry in June 2013 as Research Analyst in Toronto, Canada. From January 2014 to January 2016 Brandon was an Associate working with senior brokers to advise international and national clients on lease renewals, relocations, and subleasing. In addition to his tenant representation work, Brandon was part of three major landlord representation teams including, One York Street an 800,000 SF multi-use development and the KPMG Tower a 350,000 office development.

Michael leads HNI Global Account management and workplace strategy engagements for APAC. He joined HNI in 2014 as the Marketing Director for HNI Lamex where he executed a rebranding of the Asia operating unit and led the real estate and design teams to building new showrooms and offices throughout APAC. During this time, he also was a key design resource for several new products launched in Asia. More recently, he established the HNI Singapore Regional Office in late 2017.

Steven Louie has diversified experience in providing comprehensive solutions for strategic planning, design, and delivery of interior projects globally. His experience in the industry includes a span of more than forty years.
Prior to joining Temasek Polytechnic as Senior Lecturer, he was the Design Director of the Singaporean office of MMoser Associates. His extended responsibilities included business development, client account management, team leadership, branding, and conceptual designing.
Steven’s prior experience also included 28 years as Principal, and Design Director of Gensler. He led teams on major multi-national firms, such as Goldman Sachs, Becton Dickinson, and Zurich Insurance. During this time, he resided in Asia for 20 years, serving clients in Singapore, Shanghai, South Korea, Thailand, and Japan. Clients include CapitaLand, Athenee Plaza Hotel, and Siam Commercial Bank.
